Public Dueling Bone Necro Guide!
Introduction:A necro is a versatile character that matches up well against any other character in diablo. Unlike a sorc, bone necros can not easily be sorbed and unlike a melee char bone necros are not affected by DR. This is a necro made to be able to walk into public duel games and simply dominate with out having to switch gear based on the characters in the room.

1. Goals
1) 125 fcr (Highest break point)
2) 86 fhr Break point
3) High resistances
4) 50 DR (Max DR)
5) Max block (75%)
6) Never have to switch gear
2. Stats
Strength: +enough for gear w/ anni and torch on. (Not much)
Dexterity: +enough for max block with Storm Shield on.
Energy: +0
Vitality: +the rest.

Curse Skills:
0 skills into curses.
Summon Skills:
1 clay golem
1 golem mastery
Poison/Bone Skills:
Max Bone spirit
Max Bone spear
Max teeth
Max bone wall
Rest Bone prison (As many as possible)
(Your going to have to take a few points for prerequisites)
4. Gear
Remember, this character is made so it does not have to switch gear. So the gear might cost a pretty good bit, but you only need one set of gear.
Helm: COA: 2os (shael, jewel- 7fhr is a must, but try and get it with other plusses)
Armor: Enigma: (Get a low strength requirement one)
Shield: Storm Shield: 1os (shael)
Wepon: Wiz Spike: 1os (Jewel- 7fhr is a must, but try and get it with other plusses)
Belt: Arach
Gloves: Trang gloves
Ring 1: Fcr ring (Strength, life, ress, dex? Any of these are a plus)
Ring 2: Same as ring one.
Amulet: 2 skill and 15+fcr are a must (Strength, life, ress, dex? Once again, these are a big plus)
Boots: 20Fhr tri-ress boots. (Treks will work if you want to go cheep)
Switch: CTA and spirit or lidless.
If it says fcr or fhr it is a MUST!
Inventory:
Necro torch
Anni
9 poison/bone necro gcs (with life is preferred)
9 life small charms (With ress or manna is preferred)
1 5 fhr small charm. (This is a MUST!!! Its needed for 86 fhr.
5. Gear explanation
COA - The massiv fhr Dr and ress is vital for being prepared vs all types of characters. You might think the strength requirement is to high, but once you get the str boost from storm shield its only a FEW more.
Enigma - Teleport! Enough said, but also the strength boost is great.
Storm Shield - Lots of DR and good block bonuses.
Wiz Spike - 50 fcr and REALLY high ress.
Arach - Fcr and plus one skill. Really the only best of its kind.
Trang gloves - Fcr
Fcr rings- Of course the fcr, but if you get a good one it can really have a lot.
Amulet - Skills add to damig and the fcr is needed for the brake point.
Boots- that last bit of fhr sets you over the fhr brake point with out having to replace a lifer gc with a fhr gc.
6. General strategies
At all times and in any situation, keep clay golem, bo, and bone armor running.
Necro Vs 7 man free for all: This is the strategy for a full game that is a mixed bag of characters. You want to sit 1 to 2 screens away and spam bone spirit. From this distance they wont be able to see the spirits and they will just drop. When Characters get closer to you you will want to switch to bone spear and cast a few times then tele. You NEVER want to get too too close to any character. When Characters are hurt and running like little girls back into town just switch to teeth and finish them off. Teeth shoots so wide its pretty much guarantied to hit. Your going to want a tun of manna pots in your belt, this necro is a manna hog.
Necro Vs Hdin: This should be an easy duel. If he gets near you tele away. Keep your distance and spam spirit. If he is a charging hdin, just dont follow his path, stay in front of him. If he is going to tele, just dont let him stomp on you. You can tele, cast then repeat until he is right near death. As he retreats to town, use your teeth.
Necro Vs Smiters:Smiters are going to Charge at you and Smite. You can and will tele, most of them either cant or wont. Stay far back and spam spirits until he gets close, then tele. You have max block, max dr, and good fhr, so if he catchs you once you wont die. This is what you do against Chargers too. If you want an easy pk, Cast bone prison 3 times around them then spear them. Most wont tele in time.
Necro Vs Sorc: It doesn't matter what kind of sorc it is, just sit back and spam spirits. When they tele at you, tele right at them and keep going until you pass them. Turn around and spam more spirits. Keep doing this until they die.
Necro Vs BVC: Sit back and spam spirits. BVC will never be able to hang w/ your fcr. Keep in constant motion and cast spirits. Try not to let them tele stomp you.
Necro Vs any character who cant tele: If u want to be a bit bm every one of these duels is ez. Cast bone prison 3 times around them and then spear them. If you dont want to be bm, sit back and spam spirits. If they cant catch you they cant skill you.
Necro Vs trapper: Dont try and bone prison this one. The traps shoot threw the bone. Sit back and spam spirits. As long as your teleporting they the traps cant hit you. Your Fhr should get you out of the Mind blast.
Necro Vs windy druids: This will be the hardest duel. Use teeth to clear his summons. Once they are mostly clear your going to want to spear the druid. Keep pressure on him at all time so he cant summon his pets again after you killed them. Dont let him land on you, always be moving.
