I believe he intends to resell it for a profit. I agree, charms like Lightning Charms that deal sporadic damage are not as useful as say Ice Charms are.

Yeah, lightnings are horrible. I am simply trying to be a good Samaritan by ridding the community of the best of the trash so others have room for mid range ee ices on their mules...
