I think highest worth of a self find is the more interesting side of this topic, since any random person can come by and drop 500k on some of the best gear if they really felt like it, and even sell it a day later too.

For instance I'm a noob with only ~12 climbs in me and I've already spent 9.5k on a single heal and 7k on a mediocre longsword set. I also spent ~20k before that on other items that I traded back for the FG

My highest find was a level 40 plate with 100+EE, ~35-40 int, and some mana syphon I believe. I settled for 2k, although I'm sure it was worth a bit more

All my gear is weak so most of the nice stuff I have found was upgrades so I kept them rather then selling for profit, only exception was a 151 EE lvl 30 light I decided to sell because I wanted to get winds it sold for 1,400.

Most expensive item bought was this one @ 1kish something
