Clearly @ www.battle.net there is a post saying that @ 9am Pacific time the realms will go down for maint. that's 12 pm Eastern time and 11 am Central time.

They said they would be down for approx. 6 hours or sooner that would make it 3 pm Pacific 6 pm eastern and 5 pm Central do the math.. and yes if your in europe it will be the next day 24th. depending on where ur at.
