with 20 ias base though you could jewel it for 40ias/100+ dmg/-15 req/16 dex !! Beats any bow i've seen on east with 20 ias base and a proper jewel

I have a couple 20ias high dmg razor bows... actually I think one ripped.

Personally I like my Rares w/ amp.
