1. INTRODUCTION
Hi , my name is Wade....this is the guide about legit pvp vita blizz guide.....which means NO E/s ( energy shield).
how legit..? Means no Bugged / Duped Items.... Such as bmanas , fletch ..etc.
Also A good blizzer takes lots of skills to play....if gm...i say it could beat most charas...accept "good" Bvcs , Bowas ...maybe ww sins
BM: aww....? this is wats good about pure blizz build....people will b hard to sorb ya....15k+ Blizz dmg...Sry "Cannot Be Sorb'd"
If they stack + mass sorb.....brg a bm hammy kill em all....gg :]
2. Why Not E/s? ( energy shield)
Well i know Es is a pretty good defensive skill....but think it this way....A complete Pure blizz Sorc needs atleast 103 Skills To complete...( Max dmg)...you wouldnt want to level for ever until ur ready to pwn noobs in game Right :]?....and to my opinion E/s is not tht useful anyway...You hve to prebuff e/s w/ memory every time u die.....so to me...i wouldnt waste points into telek. and you'll lose "BIG" ammount of blizz dmg anyways...which people can easily sorb it in my guess....u need atleast level 89+ to complete this blizzer. w/ e/s you'll never b able to =( ( ya u will....till level 99 >:/)
And if play Gm....this is usually 1-2 Hit pk....No need to b "so" Defensive
3. GEAR SET UP
Thts go over some simple gear set up...
BEST: Recommanded
Good: not bad...if u cant get the best...this is good too
Poor: For those people who cannot afford either good or Best
Head Gear:

15% Night Wings w/ 5/-5 Cold Facet so makes it 20/-5...the +cold skill dmg + 2 to all skill makes this helm godly as hell :/
Good:
Shako ...this helm is godly too and mostly every1 can afford it.....the +skill life/mana Dr bonus makes this helm second best....if u want to sarifice some dmg and hve good ammount of life/mana added u could use this.....Facet' it if u like

In my opinion to this build..( pure blizz / vita) which focus more on "dmg" ...so i recommand 15%CSD ( cold skill dmg) +3 Blizz Ormus w/ 5/-5 Cold Facet would to best....nice ass dmg bonus + 20 fcr!....well there is some other armors are good too!
Viper magi-
the Fcr / Skill / Resist makes this armor real sexy for sorcs....but i dont really recommand.....ull hve over fcr W/ This armor anyways....+ only 1 to all skill...ull lose some dmg.....Like i said on top ..... We focus more on Dmg XP! ( Facet if u like

Coh...Skill / Stack Resist....No Fcr , +CSD..( i would not use this....this is more expensive then those 2 armors up there.....)

* Death Fathom. <- the only best weapon choice here ... 3 Skill / Mass +CSD / Fcr / lil resist. if u wanna make a nice gg sorc use a 25% + others will work too tho
....make shure u socket a 5/5 on this crap =D!

Occy w/ cold facet <- nice cheap orb overall.....but seems more into pvm(mf)

I play ladder...so this might b the sexiest choice here. "Spirit" monarch...cheap nice runeword....i just dont like the str Req....abit too high...sometimes fucks things up =(

i wouldnt say more about this.....cuz most of u guys should know what there used for.
Tech <- asn armor gives fade ( makes u look sexy...sometimes helps in team duels.....or SvS)
Eld'd SS or Ber'd ( bowa)
" 20/-20 Cold Facet'd Monarch....sometimes its useful to sorbers or stackers....adds good ammount of dmg too! ..only for sorbas tho

1. HammerDin -
mm...this is what u do...u tele ALOT.....dont let em get a chance to nl you....well good hammys dont nl...but to a sorc guess they hve to.
but tht doesnt mean u tele like crazy ...cuz ull get hit by hammers.......u should play offensive in first...if his smart...blizz ur self....let them tele on u then tele away =D!...if there using Sorb/Stack...Blizz ur self....Tele away...whn the blizz is pwning him....ice blast him...he should b dead.
Tip: Smart blizzers shouldnt get hit by hammers :]
2. Smiter , Zealer
These guys can carry lots sorb and still charge u down....so...the tip is tele ...let them chase you...and blizz everyway u go.....if his play defensive....EZ.....BLIZZ HIM LOL XD!
3. Foher
Wow these guys are L.A.M.E ...fohs are "auto aim" .....i dont think foh should b a skill -.-...anyways.....u should carry some ammounts of .
sorb/stack...just to "tank" 1 hit.......try to follow where his running...and blizz him off....if u misses....sry ur dead =(...i would always hve a friend tht deals w/ these fuckers =D
Sorcs
I wont Say anything about this....its all about ur dodgeing abilities....+ blizz placement...i usually tele close around them....whn there spamming at me...find a good oppertunity to blizz him off. if misses...tele close to him..ice blast.
These Are Same w/ boners / Psn Necs
Necs
Same as above.
Summoners: Blizz at em or blizz ur self...either way. they only apears in some pubs...never seen em in real duels :/
Druids
Melee:
Pretty Es..They are slow u can just blizz em off...if they run...ok ice blast.
Windys...pretty even duel....but they stand w/ a good chance...they got nice life / resist / cyclone armor + summons,,,...i would ice blast the sage or summons off....then blizz on self till he teles in my face....then tele away spam ice blast at him.
WW Sins / Barbs w/ Nigma ( bvc , bva w/e)
they are good telers watch out......they would basicly know ur gonna blizz ur self and run away if they tele on ur face.....good barbs or wwsins would mb or set traps to lock u....this is what i would do...While There Mbing/Leaping you once the mb/leap goes off....blizz at where they're about to tele on u....and tele right behind them...fire another blizz....good barbs should b half or near dead...if there health are low...finish em off w/ ice blast or another blizzard if u know where they goign :]....need to tele alot + smart duels here.
Trappers
Heres a Trickky part...they would usualy set traps around them and hide in the middle of em and mb....u can hve a whisp or tgods on if u want..i dont think u really need em if ur really good. .... u must stay away from em...if u stay close...traps hit u + mb ur gg'd so......so heres a skillful part...tele 1-half Screen away from them......use ur mouse...click the top of ur screen ( or bottom if ur comming from top...) and blizz...the blizz range would usually hit them....and its usually 1 hit k.o .......if not....do this couple times..do not get mb'd :]...ty

Zomg....worst enimie to blizzer....if u meet a good one...its HARD to stand a chace....there kb ... speed is powerful....REMEBER...DO NOT ICE BLAST THEM...GUIDED ARROW SPEED >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> UR ICE BLAST ......treat them like what i said to the trappers (above) or keep teleing till the arrows are gone...then tele right back to their fce...blizz em off....if there really good...u dont stand a chance....Time to brg out the eld'd or ber'd ss out stash.....still tht might not help lots. like i said...brg other chara and killz it :].....or brg a friend =D
Cs Zons....Depends Fc or not...no fc shouldnt b hard at all.....dodge the light furys....blizz right on them.....if dodged , Run....ice blast.
Barbs:

singer: They must b on ur face to starting screamming at u.....blizz then run :] ...shouldnt b hard
Con / Zerk / Frenzy < - Treat em as other meleees , blizz , ice blast ...gg
