Before I got season tickets I would go and tailgate with my group of friends and then look at tickets prices online 1-2 hrs before kickoff. Often times sellers will panic and list them for super cheap at that time frame. A couple of times the prices never dropped and I just went to the sports bars to watch the game - was just as much fun.
