Anyone watching Jojo?

I played the Stardust Crusaders game for the PS1 like a decade ago but had no idea it was a show. Discovered this gem like a year and a half ago and I absolutely fucking love it. It got a bit annoying at times, especially in Stardust when they took half of every episode explaining their abilities and exactly what they were doing. It's like fuck man, we're watching the show, we can figure it out lol. Diamond is Unbreakable was a lot better about not talking down to the audience and the newest season seems great so far too. It's pretty hilarious that the more ridiculous the show gets, the dumber the MC and his entourage get, the better it gets lol.



It's worth a watch. Seems like both the Manga and Anime are about the same. Unfortunately it seems like people care more about the rape scenes than they do about the story actually progressing in a meaningful way. It starts at 0 and goes to 100 pretty quickly, but with all the rape/murder, they don't ever actually do anything to any of the main characters. The plot armor seems insane in this show. After starting out so hardcore, has even a single main party member died in the manga?

Oppai and gore.

I'm enjoying it for the most part, but it feels like the end of episode climaxes aren't as jaw breaking as the other Jojo seasons.

I'll be especially upset if "GoGo" ends up being a protagonist throughout to the end of the season. Just wouldn't feel right considering he's an offspring of Dio.

I'm strangely okay with it. Haven't read the manga so I don't know if I'm missing major pieces or whatever, but I liked the shows rationale that Jonathan Joestar's physical body was more instrumental in the making of the child than the head that was controlling it. Either way would be fine, if they have him turn bad at the end and Josuke and Jotaro have to team up to beat him, or if he remains good and eventually has to beat some super evil, I'll be okay with it. You're right about the climaxes, but they're some awesome ones throughout that still make it enjoyable.

I still can't complain too much, at least the end of episode climaxes are normally better than 98% of other typical shonens.
