yea but who knows. i might crave millions of combat xp from green drags one day and get massive pray/craft xp
ive gotten 70 pray without even trying to get dbones, and still have another 800 to use up, i know thats nothing compared to 99, but if i tried, i could probobly get 90+pray
ive got better things to do though, like get mining/smithing, and combat up
