Short version:
Apparently he reported a bug 4 months ago, njaguar said it was an 'illusion' and it wasn't a bug. So he continued to use it, then a recent patch fixed the 'illusion' and penalized those who abused it, which happened to be benell, and the penalty consisted of deleting most of his items.

So yea :S

Not going to post anything about the drama in the thread because it'll just get this post deleted too, and it's not relevant to where his items went
