Pretty cool movie. It's artsy in a non-pretentious way, with some really intriguing scenes and unsettling soundtrack. Also, I really enjoyed Scar Jo's performance.

Over all I'd say it's pretty good, but not for everyone.

Rewatched them and I realy like this series. Gritty buddy cop movies with some cool action scenes and fun moments. I always have a good time watching them.

Yeah, it was quite fascinating overall and those black goo scenes are indeed great. The lack of a deep story line and dialogues bothers me a bit though... it's such an intriguing movie that it raises so many questions we don't get answered.

I liked the lack of dialogue, it makes the pictures feel more intense and offers room for interpretations. Apaarently it's a book adaptation, so if you want to dig deeper into the story you can check it out.
