and i made my own necro just 2 days ago with this setup
and he works fuking great
Frame - FHR

12 - 5%

Frame - FCR
15 - 0%
14 - 9%
13 - 18%

In this build, u will always have 125% fcr and 86% fhr
Stats:
stren = base or enough 4 gear
dex = max block (u will have around 200)
vita = rest of pts
energy = none
NOTE: reason 4 max block is it really helps and vita per life on necro is EXETREMELY LOW. Difference in life between a non max block and a max block is about 300-400 life really =/
skill:

1 pt in golem
1 pt in golem mastery
1 pt in amp
1 pt in iron maiden (exetremely helpful against barbs/smiters)

Gear and wut u should have in stash:
helm: sheal'd shako / 3/20/20 pnb circlet / umd kiras (perf will be best)
armor: mageplate (or other light class armor) enigma
shield: ber'd ss / 35% fcr spirit monarch
boots: waterwalk / hotspurs
gloves: trang gloves (gives cold resist and curse skill)
ammy: storm circlet
ring1: soj
ring2: soj / fcr ring (mods must have: fcr, 15+ stre, lots mana)
belt: arachin / tgod
inventory setup:
at least 1x fhr pnb gc!!!
8x plains or lifers
torch (try 2 get high stats)
anni (try 2 get high stats)
20 lifer scs and try 2 have resist mods
weapon:
ok, this is a major part so i will tell u wut u should have:
since u r poor right so dont need 2 get any double godly moded white, i personally have 3x different white wands, 35% fcr spirit sword and a 87% resist wizzy, so get the following whites:
white1: +3 spirit white (use this 4 most situation when there r no sorcs or trappers)
white2: +8 spear white (only use this if u r going 2 necro vs necro)
white3: +1 revive white (this is a must when bm comes along
)
ok i will tell u wut gear u should have setup vs certain characters:
when there is even 1 elemental caster, u should use the following setup:
helm: um'd kiras
armor: nigma
shield: spirit
belt: arachin (tgod if theres a lightning user aka trapper/lite sorc/foh)
wep: resist jewel'd wizzy
boots: waterwalk (if theres a fire sorc and deals tons dmg then put on hotspur)
ring1: if u have tgod on then put on soj b/c tgod gives 20 stre
ring2: soj
gloves: trang
gear 2 use when theres no elemental caster and mostly phy dmg characters especially if theres a druid:
helm: 3/20/20 pnb circlet
armor: nigma
shield: ber'd ss
belt: arachin
wep: 35% fcr spirit swd
boots: waterwalk
ring1: stre/mana/fcr ring
ring2: soj
gloves: trang
with this u will have max block + max dr
gear 2 use when theres no elemental caster but alot of hammerdins and some phy dmg character but no druid:
helm: sheal'd shako
armor: nigma
shield: 35% fcr spirit monarch
belt: arachin
wep: +3 spirit white
boots: waterwalk
ring1: stre/mana/fcr ring
ring2: soj
gloves: trang
with the following gear above ur spear/spirit dmg should be in 4.5k-6k range depend on lvl, the build will be complete at lvl 95 when u max all the spear/spirit synergy
4 bm situation just use the reviv white and go summon
stradegy:
basic rules:
1. always have golem on ur side and always recast him or bone armor
2. spam lots of spirit
3. If opponent is low on health just shoot teeth MADLY AT HIM
4. always bone prison if player tries 2 escape or doesnt use tele
5: Always load mana pots in ur belt
paladin:
vs foh:
put on resist gear, tele near him and spam spirits towards him. If he tries 2 run, prison him and spear him when hes trapped so he gets on fhr lock. If golem is killed then retreat and resummon. If ur using the stack gear i have up there then u should be fine
vs zealer
iron maiden prison and torture
i will bet u that most of them will save/exit
vs smiter/ charger
put on block gear and spam spirits at him. Always leave 2 screen distance so u dont get desynch'd. When he desy charges then just spam spirits everywhere and tele often. cast prison 2 detect where he is. Get a clear namelock 2 spirit and prison him. If he charges at u with low health then switch 2 spear immediately and shoot him 2 death.
vs v/t
same concept as above just merge vs foh/smite guide together
and id use stack gear on him if he deals good foh dmg
hammerdin:
Fuking ez duel 4 me
Never follow his trail, just spam spirits everywhere and let him come 2 u. Only chase him with teeth when hes at low low health but still try 2 avoid invis hammers. Oh and never tele if hes near u b/c he will namelock tele hammerpk u in instant, in that situation just spam where hes going and walk spam walk spam. when he teles on u just walk away and shoot spirit at him, if he tries 2 charge away then just cast prison. Ez as fuck
Sorcs:
always have resist gear on
vs fb:
Hotspur if must. It would be a harder duel if they use mad bmana, anyway just tele spam tele spam (spirits) and as usual leave about 1-2 screen distance so u dont get hit. In my experience they will always hit ur golem and ur golem should tank around 2 fbs so just resummon if hes dead. If u have hotspur on and her health is low then just play offensive and get namelock spear on if she stops
vs light:
same as above
vs orb:
same as above but will take longer so make sure u have full belt of mana pots and might be bit harder
vs blizz:
same as above and should be ezier b/c u will never get hit if u tele often and smartly. But u will get ezpk'd if they aa... X_X Then just get cold immune summons lol
Barbs:
should be ez if u use block gear
vs concen/zerk that doesnt tele:
look into vs zealer
vs warcry:
shoulde be hard, just tele spam spirits like vs sorcs (personally ive never dueled one yet)
vs tele barbs that zerk/ww:
iron maiden 1st and prison him when he ww misses u, but good barbs should only zerk u if they have maiden on. that can be a bit harder duel. Just tele spam tele spam prison if they walk/run (which they always will against necros. b/c barbs usually have bad fcr and fhr)

fc cs zon:
put stack gear on and if they r fc then it would be a problem (not 4 me tho ;D) When u vs fc zon, always attack with spear b/c spirits r way 2 slow. With 125% fcr u should be able 2 lock their dodge/fhr. If they run then just prison them (cast twice so walls will be thicker)
bowazon:
put on block gear and should be an ez duel. Tele next 2 them and follow my steps:
1. prison (cast twice)
2. shoot some spirits while try 2 get a good namelock or move cursor 2 where she is(about 2-3)
3. spear her and pks
Sins:
trapper:
put resist gear on
this could be little harder, just leave 1-2 screen and spam spirits. If she teles near u with low health then just try 2 get good namelock and shoot spears
wwsins:
block gear on, iron maiden 1st and spam tele spam tele, prison if her ww misses and shoot mad spirits. Should be an ez battle
Hybrid:
this can be hard, and id put resist gear on. Pretty much same thing when vs pure trapper, just dont let her get 2 close 2 u.
Druid:
fury/melee druid:
read vs zealer
windy:
hard duel..put on block gear
teeth 2 clear only if he summons wolves, when u clear minions switch 2 spear immediately and namelock spear. If he teles on u then just walk down left (just like Apoc said in his guide) If the druid uses 163% fcr then its pretty much game over 4 u ;(
another reaon y windy > necro is even in bm, they can pwn u in gm b/c nado penetrates summons
