For example:
People do not die, but "only" get penalties. (e.g. experience and profeciency loss)

The situation as it is now is a bit inconsequent I would say.
SC duellers do not lose anything, not even exp + prof (which is not even a "normal" death then).
HC people just lose everything, as if they died from mobs.

Hope this will be taken as constructive criticism.

No plans to change this. That doesn't sound like "Hardcore" to me.

fair enough, but lets make softcore duel deaths loose exp and prof's too, to even out the fairness?

Hardcore can stay hardcore, but softcore duelling is like "uber"-softcore at the moment.
