Well, I've been trading here for some time now, and I've learned how to use it, and what the meaning is..
But I'd like to know where the word comes from

BIN = Buy it now

Buy it now

bin means Buy It Now

Ok. So, if a seller sets a bin for his piece of gear.. should he be able to deliver it immediately?

well, only if he's online

When he means BIN, it means this:


Normally, a trader will not set a BIN

ex: Enigma For sale, no BIN - this means people can offer on the item - 10 fg, 20 fg, 30 fg
Eventually, he will set a BIN when the offers get high enough - 50 FG may be the BIN for the enigma once he receives higher offers.


Sometimes, traders make a topic: Enigma for Sale, BIN 40 fg

This means they will not sell for less or more, and you can ONLY buy it for that price.
Upon bumps they may lower the BIN

So sometimes people might say ft instead of bin
