Misswalk means a server that no one was on/around that has or watchs counts on all servers to report it to the bigger databases that hold that kind of information for clone popping.

basicly any given server pops between 70-130'sh sojs up ( I've heard varying top counts but I'd say 140 its top most, most go around 120-130 on max ) anyway if the soj count is higher then those max counts or even close to the higher numbers ( anywhere above 70 ) and is stalled there, its a good chance the last soj sold walked that server and no one was there to witness it as stated above.
