I know the posters are unlikely to look at these answers, but for reference:

So if i want to find mostly rare items.
Ill need around 600MF??

You clearly fail to see the fundamental point of the whole guide. There is no "best MF for rares" or any other magic quality for that matter. More is MF always more likely to get any given quality. The only way to increase your chance of finding rare items is by Qest dropping one or more of the Act bosses since they have minimum quality of rare on the first (quest) kill.

And what char should i make for rares/uniques finding.
SOrc or Din?

That is clearly outside the scope of this guide.

so how would you increase your chances of finding higher "elite" level uniques? I find unique soften in 1player meph hell but a lot of the time its like "unique small shield" or unique normal level items

The only way to increase the chance of finding the higher level uniques is to drop more high level base items. The only way to do that is to kill in the highest level areas of the game and hope you get lucky.
