Your "tier power" theory isn't right. According to it, my 199ee Ice XII should do the same damage as a 156ee Ice XIV. Yet... It does more (at the same int). Why?

you can think what you want numbers dont lie

a lvl zero charm showing 1-1000 dmg will not do more than a lvl 55 charm with 1-1000 dmg

it would only cost less mana... and be able to kill more mobs per regen, please dont mess up this beautiful post

You're absolutely correct, numbers DON'T lie, and if you recall, there were perm links still when tier XIV items were introduced. Perm damage from a tier XIV charm @ 156ee was LESS than perm damage from my charm.

I'm not "messing up a post", I'm asking why the numbers disagree, when "numbers don't lie".

i want a video of dmg fighting lvl 1 mobs (where mob int doesnt very)

because its not exactly 156 EE when converted.. there are decimals which in tier terms means 20++ dmg shown

not to mention the many other verying factors that happen every fight, so there is no way to match up 2 charms vs dmg... mobs very in int,

im not saying your messing it up, but you are always the one calling people fags or retards, or criticizing someone because they didnt tie their shoe in a double knot
