my v/t uses a +3 fana / + 2% medi / +1 pala / 40% ias / 2os scepter

I'd have to check when I get back @ home but if I remember correct it was something 5xx high / 6xx high.

Don't forget 3 range is quite important when facing certain chars. I've met loads of Smiters who use scepters and they don't even get 1 hit because they can't reach.
