For vs other sins. Hard to give up that -75PLR

It’s a 37.5% reduction in venom damage received, if full venom duration. But given how many attacks happen in a WW sequence, the plr only really comes into effect on the last hit that happens in a particular WW sequence

Probably making the total damage received from venom go down by about 18.75%

While nice, it’s not as good as it looks at first glance

on my zon set up vs ghostsin i have 125plr. it feels pretty noticeable. wish i can get 25% more but nowhere to get it

generally 75% PLR is GM cap.

the worst a ghost is, the more value you get from PLR.
