Somewhat accurate. I think way back the meta was blizz start, lightning after. Or hammer or java.

Windy was largely just a PvP build.

Because diablo players are masochists and they love torturing themselves by starting over and over and over again in the hopes of getting some fg and then asking why values go down so fast and then complaining about bots all day on jsp and then asking what the best zon shield is and how to build es nova.
