Tele zeal vs all can work actually. Used to have one d2pk server. Actually also built one on d2 eu nl.
I used:
God Ba + Phoex ST 45@, and also had a exile which was very effective vs assa + dru combi.

Basicly i maxed zeal stuff and fana ofc, then i mixed charge and smite/hs.
So the issue was that 48fcr is not as great as 75fcr, but you can always use a SOP/SPIRIT, and then might as well have coa ready.
Else there is the max block stuff, its less effective vs barb with block. But when it came to other VT/Smiters those was pretty ez, basicly abused charge which would put them on like 25% HP left, and then u can tank them with smite after or do a second charge.
Zeal slays casters pretty fast, and with exile very effective life regain vs summons. It also has higher DPS vs NB chars, and you can tele in front of desyncers and zeal the ground to hit them, u can't do that legit with smite, as with smite u can only kill what is visual inside ur range.
Zeal would also triggers desyncers to selfsync in d2lod.
D2:R
