ll is not good for pvp

not true, life leech is very useful in PVP as you can leech off minions (ele dudu wolves/grizz/oak , nec golem, zon valk, sin shadow, etc..)

Yea, I've seen a barb literally heal completely with ll from 50% hp against my ele druid.

you would rather have other stats than ll

depends on what char, guarantee you love it on any phys char vs dudus especially.
