If you crunch a seed it's toxic. If u swallow it while and it comes out whole you're prob ok

And in any case fruit is nothing but sugar and water


No fat so no fat soluble vitamins which is what humans need

There is nothing u can get in plant that you can't get in better higher more absorbable quantities in meat and animal product

I do keto that is borderline carnivore.
I'm not really disagreeing with you.
I'm just talking from a practical viewpoint.
But don't you find it odd how seeds can be toxic yet almost all the cooking oil you buy from stores is made from seeds?

On average dried apricots have about 4.4 times more potassium compared to fresh apricots.
100g of dried apricots contains 1162mg of potassium vs 100g of fresh apricots which provides 259mg.

Well yes, if you remove the water weight there will be more potassium per gram
But it's a bit dishonest if they are comparing this to fresh bananas and not dried bananas

seeds are always toxic. and refined seed oils are very toxic

any fruit n veg u find in the store is man made, doesnt exist in nature . and if it does it has been so bastardized and modified and genetically engineered/ selectively engineered that it is very different from anything that wouldve been around before modern agriculture


that said eating lots of fruits n veg means youre not eating the poisononous processed stuff so ur stil lbetter off
