Server issues.

So, In throne, it takes 20 seconds+ for wave to spawn.
But the game-timer is not moving either.

Between waves, mosaic will not lose the stacks regardless of how long it takes for wave to spawn.
In other words,
The game actually freezes. ^_^
The lagg is not on our end for sure.

A hundred percent.
It's package loss between servers and the main database.
I'm afraid they may not even be aware of the issue, only a couple of people has posted about it in the Blizzard forums.

they are aware but the fix isnt a big priority...
big increase in bots on eu = more resources required
resources the eu servers dont have or some bug involved in turning on new servers when the bot farms spin up
