additional mana/ reduced mana cost of of skills or a free slot to craft it.

30%+ Movement speed
Onslaugt for 4sec on kill
chance to gain elusive
10% atk cast and movement speed while on onslaugt
increased effect of tailwind
tealwind when dealt crit strike recently
50+ mana or free craft slot

also taking other gear jewels that could fit into that build.
