When choosing another character or changing the game, we receive a message that the server is not working or the connection has been lost, this problem affects more people than individual people, hence the large response not only on the Blizzard support website but also on JSP, which is why most people which receives exactly the same message, it is the fault of the server and not the fault of the player who has a fixed IP, after blocking on the same IP you can play by waiting from several minutes to an hour, with my variable IP setting I have more problems than when playing on a fixed one. Speak to people with respect, because your comments will soon be reported.

I hadn't logged in in a few weeks. Joined one game, was in it for 10 minutes and got a temp restrict for 8 minutes. Multiple people I know have had almost identical experiences to this. Changing my IP doesn't help except if I want to beat the 8 minute wait. Though that doesn't matter much since I'll get a new one quickly anyway. Prior to this, unless I was in and out of games very quickly, I never got a temp restrict.
