So i have a pronlen with this new laptop.

On the first start up, it turns into blackscreen after the lenovo logo. Stays black for 4 minutes, then it boots up again (lenovo logo shows again).

After that second start up it boots up fine in 20 seconds.


But when starting cold it always stucks in blackscreen.


Any suggestions how to fix this? Is this a hardware error (motherboard)?

Is the BIOS & Windows fully updated?

I read online that this may be due to a faulty Nvidia driver. I'd recommend rolling it back if you just updated it prior to when this problem popped up

It says NVIDIA Studio Driver: 537.58 should be a working one
