Is it a combo of both weapons? Based off main hand or offhand solo?

This prolly won’t answer your question but ima shoot my shot! They add up every single skill you get charges for. On mine they add up:

My boots’ kick dmg
Tiger strike
Phoenix strike
Claws of thunder
Blades of ice (I think that’s what it’s called)
I use cobra strike too but that doesn’t do dmg

Edit: Claw dmg (and I’m not 100% sure about any of this) only helps with your life leech and only affects the baddies taking damage AS YOURE GETTING YOUR CHARGES

So does the claws damage have anything to do with it or is it kick damage?

Totally fucked up and even blizzard themself don’t understand what greated, and thats why they don’t know how to nerf it and they scare to remove it bcoz +80% of braindead farmers / botters would stop playing and wouldn’t buy another copy of game.
