even if he did, hosts aren't bound by any auction rules other than their own morals, and can give it to whoever they wish, even if it's some random scum pm offer. Mods wont make them do anything as long as no1 was scanned

I would file a police report, hire a private investigator, everything possible to take this auctioneer down. Only correct way to act in these circumstances. Don't let anyone walk over you and say "my auction, my rules".
