Why should they invest anything into D2R? They could replace the splash screen with a big middle finger and it wouldn't make any difference to their bottom line

WoW is way more important financially, OW2 is a bigger dumpster fire, D4 is being actively developed and is higher priority for their ARPG efforts

well i guess if they keep their perfect business scheme to ban about 50% of the botters every ladder, they can make people re-buy the game every ladder

I want to play something like project diablo 2 but ressurected, let the people who love the game do the work! I do not have faith in blizzard they wont even put minimum investments to change a few uniques.

200 million $ is not a lot. Blizzard yearly revenue is around 8 billion at 30% profit margin.

Otoh, yachts are expensive. Kotick got 155 million in 2020 alone.

I’d just be happy if they nerfed mosaic and didn’t let people receive buffs from town chars + let us kill their merc.
