Sadly its only useable in weapons due to the ed+max/min bug. In weapons a 40/15ias or 40/15max would be superior. Probably of little value

Those are lvl 58 jools. This here is for lld. So it ain't GG as it lacks the 4th mod but not useless.

Lld players usually pay very well for the right jools. This here might go into the temp category. So hard to tell
