Are you talking about latency when you create games or latency in games you join?
NA refers to the database region, not the game server region.

Almost lost my sorceress last time I tried playing with latency.

Wonder if NAT type has anything to do with it? Or is it server side?

Server side since it's affecting everyone. I too am noticing it but as Ronnie said its playable.
