PvP mechanics are balanced. Currently no in game mechanic for actual PvP. As of now it’s just like d2. Hoping for an update to make it more like immortal soon! Will come in time. Bet on that.

All they had to do is follow the Diablo2 system for damage and level scaling but no that's too hard or they don't understand it
