as others said, 12700/3070 is the best of these. however, i'd probably go with like a ryzen 7700x/rx6800 for probably around the same price but faster.

Cheaper and better card than any of these

Dont go with any AMD or RX series,
Had it and worst issues ever.

Crashing whole PC on some games,
Freezing CS 2 if you use mic (gotta change settings related to hardware acceleration)
And many other issues with AMD over all when it comes to GPU's (Just google).

Go with Nvidia for GPU
For cpu i have not seen any issues on Intel nor AMD so on that one i would say Ryzen 7 7800X3D is one of the best atm.

The only RMA I've ever done is with a RTX 3080. So don't get nvidia b/c they are clearly terrible products. temp issues crashing my whole system.

I once had a bad experience with AMD and Nvidia, which is why I stick with old and trusty Matrox/3DFX builds. Voodoo 5 FTW

Great to see 9th gen intel, that i7 9700k you can OC to 5.2 stable with a good cooler, 8 core/8 thread coffee lake baby
