Feta with olives
I had my first ever feta as a kid visiting Turkey.
It was on a platter with a bunch of other exotic foods that as a kid I didn't want to touch.. so I ate a load of the cheese as a cover.. I've always associated feta cheese with that so I've never liked it as much as the others.
For me brie and Camembert cannot be beaten. The day that I realized you're supposed to eat the skin was a game changer. To think that prior to that I would scrape out the inside of my Brie, what a silly kid I was..
