hire a property manager so you dont have to deal with tenants. you don't want toxic tenants ruining your day/peace of mind.

The system is setup tightly, all gets some cut and the owner leaves with 50% profit left, not much but better than nothing.

I guess more rental properties = more profit as long as the property manager take care of rest

I have one,

I'm either really lucky, or a good judge of character (I think its the latter).

My tenants have been fantastic, low key, low maintenance. I'm looking to buy another in the next 3-5 years too. I highly recommend it for retirement / generational wealth.
