Howdy, what are the rules nowadays about D2 (not D2R) and deleting characters after 90 days? I forgot to login and every chara says "expired" in red, but still allowed me to refresh them and they still had their gear?

Ya after they fully expire they can be refreshed. Unless someone steals your char name.
