Got a pair with 360 Ed 2 javelin skills and 40 ias and is ethereal but does not have any rep. Is it still worth something?

a jabber wouldn't care about rep, but 360 ed is probably too low to be viable.

I've read about melee attacks consuming quantity in a similar way as durability
