2. use your old d2 copy (or buy one) / download the pd2 client from the official projectdiablo2 website

they recently changed it to require the new longer cd keys

You can buy from other web sites, but run the risk of getting scammed or something. You won't save much money either, to my knowledge, so I'd just pay full price from Blizzard.

It's a bit of a hassle getting classic D2 and LoD installed, but its worth it for PD2. It's a very good D2 mod and I enjoy it a lot.

HC is active, especially at start of a new season which is tomorrow. I myself play HC and will be playing tomorrow after work.

Such a great mod personal
