Depends on if the person power leveling wants to gear up a bit first or goes straight into power leveling the moment they can carry. Most people Expect a PL on Torment 6. Figure the average Chad can get the first 4 chapters of the Season journey completed in 5 hours from launch. and the super fast runners can clear t10 in the first 4 hours. Im sure if the price is right you can get a power level early on but most people wait 6-8 hours from launch to offer PL services so they can get a decent gearing for themselves to auto carry. I know personally i try and unlock GR 70 before i offer services so i can unlock my primals.

yeah i'll be fully geared pretty quick should have services up same day. I think a lot of demand is the next morning imo, a lot of people give the power levelers time to get geared, so a lot of action happens saturday and sunday mornings launch weekend.

How do you get a free set? I saw that too. I thought it is free upon creation of new character but it isn’t.

Complete the Seasonal Journey in the new season - 4 chapters of easy to complete tasks the hardest of which is a GR 20 solo for the fourth chapter. you dont have to complete them in any specific order, but you cannot claim the rewards from later tiers until you have completed the ones before it.

Chapter 1 no rewards
Chapter 2 Head/Hands for the Gift set
Chapter 3 Feet/Shoulders (unless WD Crusader odd set then Feet+X)
Chapter 4 Complete the free set remaining parts.

Chapter 1 is ususally things like:
Hit level 50
Level the Blacksmith/Jeweler/Mystic to 10
complete any 5 bounties ect ect

Chapter 2
Reach level 70
level artisans to 12
Full Equip a Follower (level 70 gear)
Craft a level 70 item at Blacksmith
Craft a level 70 item at Jeweler
find the Cube

Chapter 3
Collect Bounty Cache Act I
Collect Bounty Cache Act II
Collect Bounty Cache Act III
Collect Bounty Cache Act IV
Collect Bounty Cache Act V
Extract at the Cube

Chapter 4
Kill all keywardens on T4
Learn 5 Recipies BS
Learn 5 Recipies Jeweler
Upgrade a rare to a legenedary in the cube
GR 20 solo.

Ty once have set still weak though sader need the vigilant belt and flail and shield set too. Valor set alone suck. Which character set by itself is godly without uniques? Talking about the fact of no need to add anything from browns to become true godly. I am new to all characters except valor with browns I see can do gr100. Without browns and flail shield set is gr70. Which character just need set to gr100 now?

None, Every class needs supporting legos/Kadala cube items to get GR 100 Capable. plus decent rolls on the gear goes a long way.
