I need a price check on Runecrafting lvl 52-99
this is currently only a price check I'm not sure
if I want to get it done yet

and if you can tell me the timeframe and the best
method used to get this skill up I would appreciate it

Pretty sure only thing bank would be needed for is if you wanted combo runes made. Then would need to get binding necklaces.

You get a lot of runes, you get the RC outfit, there's a pet for the minigame
its really the meta, to atleast green log it on the road to 99, and then you can finish at ZMI if you really wanted to
but GOTR is super chill to 99
