Well, this thing looks sweet with all those Skills.

However, I'm not sure if the base inhibits it's value.
It appears it can be Upped to Scissors Suwayyah.
118str ~ 118dex ~ [0] Very Fast

Is anyone willing to share their thoughts with me about it's value?

There is a 6venom Claw in there.
There is a 6ls/1ms Claw in there?
Is the value increased with all of these skills on the same Claw?

venom is shadow not trap so its a 3venom which for a trap claw aint good
also base cant be upd since its magic

ppl want on an offhand ls mb wb 2os (bonus secondary mod replenish life and some other)

if it get 2os it would worth maybe 100fg since its a basic 6ls offhand claw
