What’s your thoughts on the importance exercise selection based off SFR in regards to hypertrophy work?

Opinion on moderate/high impact cardio vs low impact cardio during a bulk?

When should someone think about specializing a meso vs a generalized program?

Any thoughts or feedback on Menno Henselmans theory that P ratios are overrated?

Lol you are overthinking things way too much to be honest.

Top level olympian competitors don’t even have this thought process.
