Whats up all, I enjoy helping people and have always been a fan of D2 even though I haven't played in years lol.

Wanted to make a topic here where you guys can ask your questions and I'll provide as much free value as possible.

Now obviously I'm not going to make you a full out plan lol.

Just want to help make people better :D - Feel free to PM as well

You’re gonna have to troll elsewhere, won’t get what you’re looking for from me. I’d suggest finding something better to do with your time rather than coming on Jsp and feeling tough typing keys. Go outside, take a walk. Hit the gym.

This totally depends on the person man, depends on how consistent you are with your training and nutrition. Keep them rolling as long as you can by staying on point as much as you can haha

Ideal snacks for eating in the car / pre workout snacks for eating in the car.

Busy life, time limited so it’s hard to eat between work and gym unless I’m out and about for 16+ hours a day

Gotcha man. I'm assuming you mean higher protein snacks. Since protein is the macronutrient that makes us feel the most full! I like to buy things at Costco like lean turkey pepperoni sticks, I also like grenade Oreo protein bars. You can find these on amazon I believe or any supplement store. I literally live on both of these man theyre amazing, dont need a microwave or nothing!
