Classic is a small community,

Classic ladder is usually somewhat active but NL is basically not there.

Yes but a small amount of people and mainly private games doing ench/levelling and eventually hell chaos runs.

There is no public game scene to speak of really.

Hc might be different, but only slightly if at all.

Most classic players use day 1ladder to get through hell Diablo, then convert. By day two there are literally no classic games.

Not true. On EU every night there are games.
And if there are not and I open CS runs myself games are filling up quickly.

Have been able to run full games 90% of the time when my fl wasn't enabling priv games.

That is hcv though, not sure about sc.
sc nl has games at times too I rmb from when I played it last year.

But it's tough, no doubt. If you don't have 1 or 2 extra acc (teleport and bo) u get frustrated quickly I assume.

There is a community on classic but as stated it's small. Lots of private runs or people using loaders to fill games. TEB has a discord with runs and general chat. There are people playing, you just might not see them in pubs.
