thats like the worst armor possible for a merc for price nobody would pay on day 1

it's like the 2nd best light armor after gh and ap. dont tell me u want a heavy armor like shadow plate ^^

i thought its evident the armor is meant for a merc

it depends, some prefer light armor with lower def so their merc wont move like a snail over high def medium or heavy armors.

its not a single frame slower unless the merc has to walk half a screen or more which indicates that player doesn't play with enigma, or he or she plays a char that is so weak that the merc has enough time to walk half a screen. people with that kind of gear cannot min max anyway
