fana level 24 and grief pb 40 ias

PB is no issue at all, max bp is at 10ias total. the additional ias on grief protects you vs 20% slow as well

i dont know about slows in the rule set your playing. if more than 20% is allowed and used, you might stack some more. if you play pubs and people use holy freeze or decrepify, you might stack some more. if you play GM melee, you are fine without additional ias (but in that case you also want to use BA instead of PB)

i have 20 ias on gloves is that opk ??

not needed look at the pic above, with a random 30-40 ias greif pb u dont need more ias
