If you are willing to put the parts together yourself I'd suggest using PC part picker. You can make a post on their forum and someone will help you build a computer in your budget.

Curious, why you think you need 64gb ram when you don't know much about pc parts?

Considering your knowledge, are you sure you want to assemble your computer by yourself ?

First, why do you want 64GB ? it's the first step. "I want 64GB because peeps told me it's enough for anything and I will get no lag anymore" isn't the right answer. If you have 64GB but only need 32, then you have 32 you'll do nothing with, and you could save money on that.
Second, when you speak about stats, try to be precise. A dishonnest person could get you by word, reading Gb instead of GB, sell you for 8GB, and once you get it and complain, they'll tell you it's what you were looking for :)

Try it again, for which use do you want to build a computer (if gaming, for which titles) and why do you need 64GB ? :)

Z440 is better because it can take up to 128 gb I checked. 64 is nothing.

iPhone 10s have 64gb of storage, not 64gb of ram. They have like 3GB of ram which is why apps constantly have to reload

Based on what you have mentioned so far, I would go with this

Processor: Intel Core i7-12700K $220
Motherboard: MSI Z790-P Pro WiFi $210
HardDrive: Samsung 980 Pro SSD 1TB M.2 NVMe $100
RAM: G.Skill Flare X5 Series 32GB DDR4 (2x16GB) x2 $230-240
Power Supply: Corsair RM750e 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold $100
CPU Cooler: DeepCool AK620 ZERO DARK $70
Computer Case: Corsair 4000D Airflow $105
Video Card: Zotac NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 $280

I wouldn't go for a RGB WaterCooler since those tend to get tricky (especially since its your first build) but its also an option

I gave you the price for US but prices will change depending on location.
