Hello Guys, im new to mosaic sin.
I have good Main hand GT mosaic, but im not sure about offhand do i need to be GT too or i can use any 3os base? Greater Claws are low on req and very cheap bases can i use for offhand?

Offhand matters only for getting charges quicker as far as i remember

Using a runic off hand would be quite wasteful, needing 115 dex.
