Highlords has the exactly same IAS with Cat's eye though.

So FRW and 25 Dex vs +1, DS and LR mainly. I prefer Highlords over Cat's Eye here...

I think op was talking about elemental dmg bowazon. For GA / Strafe / FA i think Forty + Faith is required at least. Setup what i posted doesn’t support Phys dmg at all so as example using Strafe is kinda pointless i think.
